The Riverwest Co-op has the seven co-operative principles as guidelines. One of the principles is democratic member control. As a member of the co-op you can vote on candidates for our board of directors. Our annual meeting in April is when elections are held. There are five seats to be filled. Interested candidates are encouraged to attend the monthly board meeting. Finance, Marketing, Journalism, Painting, Carpentry, Baking and many other skills would be helpful.
