Now Hiring Cafe Staff

Café Worker / Part Time: 10 to 30 hours.
Weekday shifts, week nights, and weekends.
Beginning salary will be $7.50/hr. to $8/hr.
Application forms can be picked up at the Co-op Cafe. Please submit applications or resumes to co-op staff. Applications will be accepted until position is filled.
Eat Local Challenge Fair at Urban Ecology Center

Join the Co-op at the Eat Local Challenge Fair this Saturday. This year's Eat Local Challenge takes place during the first two weeks in September. Let the Urban Ecology Center, Slow Food Milwaukee, and other organziations help you get geared up for the Challenge at this fun and informative event. Gather resources about buying and eating local products, exchange recipes and attend workshops on how you can eat more locally and why it is important to you, our community, and the environment.

Locust Street Festival is just around the corner!! It is next Sunday, June 13th from 11am-8pm. We are looking for volunteers to hold down our booth slinging co-op goodness to festival go-ers and with set up and clean-up.
