  2. Work out schedules for effective staffing coverage, including volunteer labor.
    Anticipate needed changes in staffing, and make proposals to the Board regarding these needs.
    Coordinate with finance committee regarding personal budget and equipment needs.

  3. Human Resources:
    • Maintain records and standards for staff.
    • Develop and implement a consistent staff review procedure and a quality assurance process.
    • Develop effective problem-solving procedure for staff.
