Donation Requests

Woodland Pattern requested $20 gift certificate for its Locust Street Festival fundraiser. Paula will drop them off this week.

Advertising

We have not received copies of the Farm Fresh Atlas to distribute yet. Paula will call them to check.

Marketing - The committee decided that in order to focus more on long-term marketing and outreach issues, the our meeting on the first Wednesday of each month will be devoted to marketing.

 Events

Event Coordinator contract signed with Carolyn Weber. She is writing up a list of supplies from Finn Bros (chafing dishes, digital thermometer).

Locust Street Festival (June 12) - Co-op will be selling veggie burgers, brats, hot dogs, and veggie kabobs. Carolyn is in the process of recruiting volunteers, emphasizing the volunteer discount and free meal.

10th Anniversary

Mugs - Consensus has been reached on the made-in-USA mug from Sky-High Marketing. Design contest has been extended until July 1 and posted on Facebook and website.

Cookbooks - Carolyn has submitted two recipes; Justin’s recipes are in the cafe recipe book.

10th Anniversary Party - Erin is checking into the Urban Ecology Center. Plan to discuss  options with board.
