Waldorf School Bake Sale- Committee approved request for bakery items for bake sale. Paula will discuss with cafe.

Parachute Project - General request for funding for art show in August. Decided that request was too much money ($500-$2000) and did not relate to co-op’s mission.

WMSE underwriting spot has been recorded and will air in April

Public House Grand Opening April 3-8 - Cross-posted on website

Annual meeting April 17 - Committee has agreed to help Sandra with annual report, waiting to hear from her.

Fair Trade Crawl May 14 - Paula will try and put together tastings from Rishi and Anodyne or Just Coffee.

Locust Street Days- Not too early to start planning for summer events. Need to work with board to figure out Event Coordinator position. Consider paying flat fee instead of percentage of event profits.

10th Anniversary

Mugs - Samples of ceramic mugs have been requested from vendors.

Cookbooks- How to get cook to fill out forms? Erin will talk to Amanda in cafe.
