In attendance: Paula, Shelly, Nik, Dawn, Nichali, Mia

*A warm welcome to Nichali, the newest member of the co-op staff. Nichali
has joined our crew as the new volunteer coordinator.

*Weekly Averages: Total 2400.26, (up 457.11 from last week), cafe 706.99,
(up 65.67 from last week), store 1659.42, (up 395.51 from last week).
Last year this week total= $1816.61, cafe $512.74, store 1284.44.

*Walk in Cooler: Tuesday the 14th the cafe will be closed for cooler
construction. The official date of cooler installation is still a mystery.

*Spaghetti Dinner: *To be held saturday Jan. 14th at the Polish Falcon,
5-8pm. Paula is flyer-ing around the neighborhood, Tess is preparing the
meal with help from Dawn and volunteers, and Nichali is recruiting more
volunteers for serving and clean-up. Mia and Nik will be eating the dinner.
Desserts are encouraged.

*Volunteer Par-Tay: *As a welcome to Nichali and a gesture of thanks to our
wonderful volunteers, we will be gathering at the Polish Falcon on Saturday
Jan. 28th, at 7pm. Be there.

*Vegan Meet-up: *On Saturday the 7th the cafe catered a brunch buffet for
22 people with Milwaukee vegan meet-up. The brunch was held at the public
house, prepared by Mia. The group loved it, and would like to set up a
monthly event of that nature with us.

*Menu: *The new cafe menu is on it's way. It was hoped to have been
finished long ago, but alas, it is not yet complete. It has been suggested
to shift more toward a seasonal menu, in which we use produce available and
have a more flexible description of menu items. This would help keep costs
down, as well as easing the guilt of our glutinous, greenhouse
gas-producing, out-of-season eatin', globe warmin' ways.
