Handling café customer complaints:
Staff should respond to the customer’s complaint quickly. If a free meal is given as compensation it should be recorded on a meal ticket for non-members or in the computer for members.
The Café is proposing a signboard that lists deli case prices.
Dawn and Mia are working on a catering menu
Center St. Daze: Carolyn will be out of town and volunteers are being recruited.
The menu is Tamale’s and Chili made by Mia.
The workers collective meetings will be changed to Sunday evenings at 5:00 at the Public House. The change is being made so the meetings can be held with out interruptions and more people might be able to attend.
October Vacations:
Shelly is on vacation from Wed. Oct. 5th – Monday Oct. 10th, returning to work on Tuesday Oct. 11th
Paula will be off Monday, Oct. 3rd and Tuesday Oct. 4th
Dawn is off one day around Oct. 9th.
Store Inventory will be done between Thursday, Sept. 30 and Saturday, Oct 1st.
We are looking for volunteers to help.
The Public House will host a pre-anniversary party event, Tuesday Nov 1. The event will be a contest to determine an anniversary signature cocktail that will be served at the Co-op anniversary party on Nov. 13.
