WC Notes 1/5/11
Present: MJ, Shelly, Paula, gibson, Justin, Elena

New Volunteer: a new volunteer is interested in looking at co-op's marketing and
buget info. There is some concern with his intentions. Co-op is not currently
looking for a marketing person.  Gibson will work with the new volunteer.

Payroll: Gibson 30.5 hours short - he will take unpaid hours
Justin 11.75 hours short - he will take unpaid
Shelly  .25 hours over
Paula has 114.5 hours -not salary
MJ has 19.5 hours - not salary and was on vacation

Phone: Shelly is having a hard time answering the phone when dealing with
customers at the counter. There is a suggestion that the cafe gets it own phone
line. WC agrees that this should be done. This will be looked into.

WC Meetings: Have not been happening and not being taken seriously. New meeting
time is Friday at 2pm, volunteers will be covered in the co-op during this time,
and wc members will be on time for this meeting.

Events: Spaghetti Dinner- Nancy will be in charge of the dinner again this year;
she does request the co-op be in charge of the vegan spaghetti...Justin and
Elena will take this on.  We are shooting for a Sat. (Jan 22nd, Jan 29th, or 1st
Sat in feb).....Paula will John at Polish Falcon and she will check with
currents about advertising
Co-op Chili Cookoff: We are shooting for Sunday Feb 20th at Linneman's.
WMSE Chili Cookoff: Is March 6th. Justin will sign us up

Cafe: Chairs will be here next week; Cafe needs a new backstock fridge and is
hoping to put it in the basement. May cost about $500 new or about $350 used.
