WC Minutes 3/1/2011

Present: Shelly, Paula, Justin, Gibson

-Last week’s daily sales averages: overall: $2188.54 (store: 1554.01, cafe: 610.25)

-Checking account balance: $1950.01

-Last four week’s hours: Gibson: +12.5, Shelly: -5.25 (PTO), Justin: -30 (unpaid)

-Chili Cookoff is Sunday (11AM – 4PM), Mi-chili’s are feeling like things are well covered.  Paula will fill in gaps on Sunday’s afternoon schedule.

-Cookbook: Gib has a list of folks’ contact information, will forward it to Erin C.

-Paula’s review: will get done.

-Groupon will be released around March 7^th/8^th, the amount has changed to $7 for $15 worth of cafe food (we’ll get $3.50).

-We’ll have a product demo- NUTS (Barsy’s Almonds)- on March 18^th.  Shelly will negotiate discounted price with them.

-Volunteer of the Week: Tina, again.

-Safe is getting better lighting.

-We need to communicate open shifts better, Paula wound up working a twelve-hour day yesterday- not good.
