WC Minutes 3/29/11
 
Present: Shelly, Paula, Justin, Gibson, Sandra
 
-Last week’s daily sales averages: overall: $2428.34 (store: 1622.31, cafe: 763.75)
-Sandra still needs reports for the annual meeting.  The meal is being planned.
-Dawn is doing a great job.  Justin thinks she’ll be a good fit- seems really competent and on top of things.
-Volunteer of the Week: Chad D.
-Inventory recap: there was no volunteer help, fell on Shelly and Paula to complete.  Needs to be planned sooner next time.
-Shelly ordered a bunch of items on sale, so we’ll have affordable stuff for the people.
-Budgets: still not done.  Gibson needs to do.
-Groupon update: still about 800 unredeemed.  Gibson will do accounting at the end of the month.
-Was there a policy for bonuses with staff leaving?  We could only find reference in 9/15/10 board minutes without a clear policy.  Should be considered for Michelle Jones.
-We need to plan a party for Michelle Jones, are thinking of doing on a Tuesday.
