Café:
Tess K will be off four shifts during June -Dawn will schedule staff to
cover shifts
Lights need to be replaced in the Café - Vince will be notified
For health and safety reasons only scheduled staff and volunteers are
allowed to enter the kitchen area
The Co-op was asked to provide appetizers for an event at the new Holton
youth center - not approved by the café
Café will promote breakfast items for weekdays - Mon- Fri

Locust St Festival:
Carolyn W will do prep on Sat evening in the cafe. All food has been ordered

Riverwest 24 - July 29th
Café has been asked to provide food for 500 people – the budget is $2,000.
The O.L.D.P St Casimir kitchen will need to be booked for food prep
The store will remain open during the bike race
The café will fill the grab and go case and prepare to serve quick
breakfast items
