WC Minutes 7/27/10

 

Present: Michelle, Justin, Shelly, Paula, Gibson

 

-Last Week’s Daily Sales Averages: Total: $2230.53, Store: 1455.20, Cafe: 742.47

-Bank Account Totals: Checking: 14,989.87, Overall: 53,164.69

-There will be a cafe meeting on August 2^nd at 3PM to implement the scale.  Gib will hold down the kitchen.

-Discussion of employee performance issues.  They should be written down and specifics discussed with employees.

-Shelly will update the accountant on employees’ payrates.

-We should be using the sidewalk chalkboard more effectively.

-The co-op will be open until midnight on Friday.  Meal prep for the RW24 will be Thursday at 3PM and Friday at 3PM.

-Last minute request for food donation, which we can’t do.

-Paula has a good draft of a power outage plan.

-Door in cafe needs to be sealed up, water was pouring in during recent storm.

-Volunteer of the Week: Manda
