RW24 update:

Food preparation will be at All People’s Church. Mia is coordinating the
meal details.

We need store signage and a facebook posting about our RW24 extended hours.

Dinner is between 4-6pm. Volunteers will help set up the tent, tables and
chairs, serve the meal, etc.

The Café will prepare food to fill the Grab-n-Go case with back up food in
the café cooler.

Gib will coordinate the overnight volunteers and managing the register drops
and closing/opening procedures.

Café:

The planned staff meeting went well.

There was discussion on safety and consistency and a review of the schedule.

Mia suggested a knife safety review.

Gretchen Peskie was hired as a seasonal worker. She will fill in for
vacations and will close when needed. She has adapted well and is a good
worker.

A Co-op member, who was asked not to come into the store or café again, is
asking for membership dues to be returned. The board will review the
written request.

HR committee has requested all necessary paperwork is submitted and up to
date for all employees.

The Café and Store managers will have cross training on opening and register
procedures.
