WC Minutes for September 22, 2010

A customer has been caught stealing, may be asked to leave. Another separate customer was reminded he is not allowed in the co-op.

Cleaning day: Things went really well, thanks to all who volunteered! Things to improve on...creating a maintenance schedule for daily, weekly, and monthly upkeep. Trying to have continual maintenance/cleaning instead of one intensive cleaning day.

Retreat: Things to organize: tents, food, and cafe coverage.

Center Street Days: Cafe will provide cookies and banana bread, Theresa and Carolyn are taking care of everything else: grilling, tent, setup and take down.

Zach: We’re having a going away party for Mr. Mathes at Artbar starting at 4pm, bring snacks and money to donate to his Guatemala adventure.

Inventory: Will be switched to October 3.

Volunteer meeting: Will also be on October 3…

Farmaid: Sold lunch/dinner specials on September 18^th in order to raise money for farmaid.

Artwalk: October 2^nd and 3^rd is artwalk, we will make sure to have lots of bottled beverages and grab and go items.
