-Volunteer party cancelled for the Sat. January 7 date.  We will contact Lynn at the Polish falcon for openings as well as talk with Pub.House for an early opening on a friday.  So for now, To be announced.

-We tossed some ideas around about a better way of keeping track of the cafe food and beverage tickets.  There are some concerns with costumers forgetting or intetntionally not paying.  We will try and find a better track system for this situation.

-Cafe Staff Tips: If the cafe makes you good food. TIP, EVERYONE!!!  We are talking about possible table service for better tips.  Maybe a friendly reminder on the table???

-Cafe is closed on Tuesday Jan. 10 for walk in cooler maintenence. They will be tearing out our produce sink next to our stove.  It will take up most of the day.  Dawn will be in early to make sure there a deli items and that the workers have the space cleared that they need. Cafe staff will be having our monthly meeting that day at 12p.m. all staff should attend.

-Tess will be doing the bulk of the pasta dinner at the p.falcon this year.  With the help of Dawn they willl stay within a resonable budget for the food and extra. Will contact Wildflour about bread donation.  Dinner will be cooked at the church and Tess will get me more details asap.

-New Years Day recap: Early rush, fizzled out.  Lots of phone orders from the Pub.House. Terrible tips.  TIP YOUR COOKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  THEY WORK HARD, ESPECIALLY THE DAY AFTER NEW YEARS EVE. Staff properly scheduled, but low turn out.  THANK YOU COLLIN FOR ALL THAT U DO!!

-Pending Nicholis' availablity, we may move our meeting day.  The cafe has a single stafff member in the cafe while we are meeting. and it can get busy for them on top of the extra hour they put in for Mia and Dawn to attend.
