We are up from last year, that is cool!
At the store this week:
Paula is doing an amazing job as usual. She has brought in new holiday
gift items and displayed them so beautifully. The store looks festive and
beautiful
Paula will not be in on Mon. the 26. Because it is the day after a holiday
we anticipate a slow day. But Dawn will be available in the cafe if Shelly
needs a hand.
We are requested to make the pasta sauce for the spaghetti dinner at
the Polish Falcon. It is a fundraiser put in by Sara Ficsher and others
sometime in mid January.
Re-cap on the Public House brunch. Seems to be going well. Please tip
your delivery person. Gibson is working on Plu for the system and we
are thinking to up the prices by .50 cents to cover the tax on our
We discussed the issue of write ups. How they determine a persons exit
bonus. After discussing we decided to take the issue of the write ups to
H. R. department.

Following this discussion we talked about payroll. How do we pay staff
if we do not have evidence of hours?
Cafe kitchen dynamics were discussed. How to resolve certain issues
and how we can move forward. Staff are working on a positive way to
communicate ideas
